01 Short-Term Chauffeur Rental
For individuals/businesses: short-term urgent trips, business travel, family outings
Consultation
Contact us via 24/7 hotline, WeChat, or email with your requirements: date, vehicle type (5-seat sedan / 7-seat MPV, etc.), itinerary (pickup/drop-off locations, distance, duration). We'll match the right vehicle and provide a transparent quote — no hidden fees.
Contract Signing
We'll send an official rental contract via email or WeChat, specifying vehicle type, rental fee, service standards, and liability details to protect both parties.
Contract Return & Deposit
Review and fill in personal/company details. For holidays or peak periods, a deposit is required (deductible from final payment). Sign/seal and return the contract to confirm.
Pre-Trip Preparation
Booking confirmed upon contract and deposit receipt. One day before, we'll send driver details (name, phone, plate, model). The driver will also proactively contact you to confirm timing, location, and itinerary details.
On-Site Service & Payment
The driver arrives 15-30 minutes early, professionally dressed, and provides attentive service throughout. After the trip, settle the remaining balance (less deposit) on-site and receive a payment receipt.
Invoice Issuance & Delivery
Request an official VAT invoice (special/regular) after payment. It will be couriered to your specified address within 1-3 business days.
02 Long-Term Chauffeur Rental
For corporate long-term business use, personal daily commuting
Needs Assessment & Custom Plan
Tell us your preferred vehicle type, rental period (monthly/yearly), usage frequency, and main routes. We'll create a customized plan with clear pricing, payment schedule, and service scope.
Contract Negotiation & Signing
Both parties negotiate and confirm the rental plan, vehicle selection, pricing, contract period, liability, and maintenance responsibilities, then sign the formal contract.
Driver Selection & Interview
We select qualified drivers (5+ years local experience, clean record, etiquette trained) and arrange in-person interviews. You can assess their skills and attitude before confirming your dedicated driver.
Service Launch
On the agreed start date, your dedicated driver begins service with the assigned vehicle, following your schedule. Our dispatch team regularly follows up on service quality.
Payment & Maintenance
Pay rent per the agreed cycle (monthly/quarterly/yearly) via bank transfer. We handle all vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance to ensure uninterrupted service.
03 Corporate Shuttle Bus Rental
For corporate employee commuting, team transportation
Route Planning
Tell us your shuttle needs: vehicle type (14-53 seat bus/coach), period, number of employees, pickup/drop-off stops, and schedule. We'll plan the optimal route based on Shanghai traffic conditions.
Plan Confirmation & Contract
Both parties confirm vehicle type, pricing, contract period, route adjustment mechanism, and service standards (on-time rate, cleanliness), then sign the formal contract.
Driver Matching & Interview
We select drivers with large-vehicle qualifications, rich experience, and familiarity with Shanghai commuting routes, then arrange interviews for your approval.
Trial Run & Official Launch
A 1-3 day trial run is conducted to fine-tune routes and schedules based on employee feedback. After approval, the shuttle officially launches on a fixed schedule.
Payment & Service Guarantee
Pay per the agreed schedule. We provide regular maintenance and an emergency backup vehicle system to ensure uninterrupted commuting service.
04 Airport Transfer Service
For Pudong/Hongqiao airport transfers, high-speed rail pickup/drop-off
Booking & Information
Book at least 24 hours in advance. Provide: pickup/drop-off type, flight number, arrival/departure time, locations, passenger count, and luggage amount. We'll match a suitable vehicle with transparent pricing.
Contract & Deposit
We'll send an official contract specifying vehicle, fee, service standards (e.g., free wait for flight delays). Sign/seal and return. A deposit may be required during peak periods.
Pre-Trip Coordination
We track your flight in real time and automatically adjust for delays or cancellations. One day before, we'll send driver details and the driver will proactively contact you to confirm.
Airport Pickup/Drop-off
Pickup: Driver arrives 30 minutes early at the designated exit with a name sign, assists with luggage, and drives you safely to your destination.
Drop-off: Driver arrives 30-60 minutes early at your location, assists with luggage, and takes the optimal route to ensure you arrive on time.
Payment & Invoice
Settle payment on-site after the transfer and receive a receipt. Request an official invoice — delivered by courier within 1-3 business days.
Cancellation & Modification
Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full deposit refund; 12-24 hours: small processing fee; within 12 hours: deposit non-refundable (per contract terms).
